All payments should be made when purchasing your items. Once payment has been received
and cleared, work will start on your order. Once completed, your order will be sent to you
by recorded delivery, for UK orders or by Royal Mail Airsure for international orders.
Once payment has been received, you have seven days cooling off period in which you may cancel your
order and receive a full refund. For orders required within the seven days, then the cooling off period
will only last until the items have been dispatched.
If the item(s) you have ordered from Blissful
Gifts, reaches you in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition,
Blissful Gifts will offer a full refund or exchange. If the item can be fixed by us, we will do so free of change
on items that have been damaged in transit.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, we can not refund or exchange earrings or stockings.
If however, you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days of delivery for a full
refund or an exchange to be given.
Returns and Refunds
You must contact us within two days of receiving your order if you want to return
the item to obtain a returns number. The buyer is responsible for returning the items and all
return postage costs. All items should be returned undamaged in its original packaging within
seven days of delivery. If not returned within seven days, the items will be deemed as your
property. Blissful Gifts are not responsible for return postage costs. When returning items to us,
we advise that you get proof of postage, as we will not accept or be responsible for any losses
in transit. We cannot except returns for earrings, stockings, any bespoke tiaras, bespoke jewellery or customised items that have been made for you unless it
has been damaged in transit.
For items of lingerie and petticoats, they must be returned unused and with their tags on and in their original boxes.
If items are deemed to have been worn, washed or used then no refund will be allowed and the
customer will be deemed the owner of the goods and will be responsible for any postage costs to return
Your refund or exchange is guaranteed provided that all items are sent back to us
within 7 days of delivery and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will not be given for
customised or used goods.
If in the event of your purchase being damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, we will
arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as long as you contact us by email at
as soon as you receive the goods. All purchases should be sent back in their original packaging and packed in adequate safety
packaging. All returns should be within 7 days of receipt. We regret that we can not refund postage and packaging.
All tiaras and jewellery from Tracy Ann Designs are handmade and turnaround time is generally 10 working days but please
allow up to 28 days for delivery after payment. Should you need your order urgently, then please contact
me directly so I can give you a best estimate of when your jewellery would be ready.
For other items on the website, we only keep a small level in stock so your item may need to be
ordered from the manufacter. For any Illusion veils or tiaras that are customised, then these
will be ordered from the manufacter who will make the veil or tiara to your requirements.
Delivery timescales for these can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.
If paying by cheque, this will add up to 5 or more working days to the delivery times due to
the time taken for a cheque to clear.
