Payment Policy
All payments should be made when purchasing your jewellery or tiara. Once payment has been received and cleared, work will start on making your order. Once completed,
your order will be sent to you by recorded delivery.
If the tiara or jewellery you have ordered from Blissful
Gifts, reaches you in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition,
Blissful Gifts will offer a full refund or exchange. If the item can be fixed by us, we will do so free of change
on items that have been damaged in transit.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, we can not refund or exchange earrings unless faulty.
If however, you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days of delivery for a full
refund (excluding and P&P charges) or an exchange to be given.
Returns and Refunds
You must contact us within two days of receiving your jewellery if you want to return
the item to obtain a returns number. All jewellery should be returned undamaged in its original packaging within seven days of delivery. If not returned within
seven days, the jewellery will be deemed as your property. When
returning items to us, we advise that you get proof of postage, as we will not accept
or be responsible for any losses in transit. We cannot except returns for any bespoke jewellery that
has been made for you unless it has been damaged in transit, as most bespoke jewellery
cannot be resold.
Your refund or exchange is guaranteed provided that all jewellery and tiaras are sent back to us within 7
days of delivery and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be given for customised or used goods.
If in the event of your purchase being damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, we will
arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as long as you contact us by email at
blissfulgift@hotmail.co.uk
as soon as you receive the goods. All purchases should be sent back in their original packaging and packed in adequate safety
packaging. All returns should be within 7 days of receipt. We regret that we can not refund postage and packaging.
Delivery Timescales
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery after payment. Should you need your order urgently, then please contact
me directly so I can give you a best estimate of when your jewellery would be ready.
If paying by cheque, this will add up to 5 or more working days to the delivery times due to the time taken
for a cheque to clear.
