Can I shop with confidence?
Yes, we use SSL certificate from Geotrust to give 128bit encryption to ensure any details you register through this website will be safe and secure. We do not pass on any of your details to third parties and will only use your details to contact you about your orders or enquiries.

Do you do bespoke orders?
If there is a tiara, Alice band, hair accessory or piece of jewellery you have in mind but cannot find anywhere, then contact me to ask about a Bespoke request. I am happy to work with you to design that unique tiara or piece of jewellery you are after.
How long does it take for my order to be sent?
We aim to get orders out within 10 to 15 working days of payment being received or clearing although you should allow upto 28 days for your order to arrive during busy periods. Large or bespoke orders may take longer depending on the individual requirements. We will inform you via email when your order has been completed and dispatched.

Last minute or urgent orders
If you have an urgent order or have decided on a tiara at the last minute, please contact me first about your order. If it's possible, I may be able to make and send you your order at short notice but this will depend on your order and how busy I am. For example, if you order a tiara and I have the crystal colours and pearls in stock on a Monday, its possible to make the tiara and dispatch it by Wednesday. If you also pay extra to have the item sent by Special Delivery, it would be with you by 1pm on Thursday. This would depend on how busy I am and if I can reschedule my workload to fit your order in.

Can I change the colours?
Yes, all the crystal colours can be changed to any of the available crystal colours. If you want to change the pearl colours, then Swarovski pearls will be used where freshwater pearls are used in the original. Please see my colour chart for the available colours. Then just specify what colour crystals and pearls you want when ordering your jewellery.

How can I pay?
All payments online are made via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can simply sign on to your account and make the payment. If you don't have a Paypal account, then you can either use your credit or debit card during the checkout process or create a Paypal account which you can then use on many other websites. No card details are passed too or stored by Blissful Gifts. I cannot take payments over the phone either so all credit and debit card payments must be made online.
If you do not have a credit or debit card or do not want to use the Paypal service, then I also accept UK cheques and Postal Orders as well. If you want to pay this way, please contact me first and I will send you an invoice for your order and payment instructions.

Can I make an appointment?
No, I am afraid I cannot accept appointments at the moment as I have no viewing facilities. Please feel free to email me at enquiries@blissfulgifts.co.uk if you have any questions.

Do you do samples?
Yes, if you want some samples of crystals and pearls to match the colours with your wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses, then I can send you some samples of your choice. There is a minimal charge to cover costs. If you then place an order, this charge will be refunded back to you. If you are interested, please contact me for more details.
We also do samples of veil colours for you to compare with the colour of your dress and also be able to feel the quality and softness of the illusion veils. Veil samples can be ordered from here.
When should I order my veil?
Its advisable to order your veil at least 6 weeks before your wedding date or dress/hair trials. Majority of veils are made to order to your specifications due to the wide choice of colours, styles and edges available. It can take from 2 to 4 weeks for a veil to be made and then be ready to be sent to you and may even be longer during holiday periods (ie Christmas when delays in postage will occur). If you have a rush order, then it is best to contact us first as we will be able to give you an idea of how long it would take.

When should I order my tiara?
Its advisable to order your tiara at least two months before your wedding date. If you have hair trials before then and you want to have your tiara for the hair trials, then you should order the tiara at least two months before that date. During busy periods, it may take upto 28 days for your tiara to be made and delivered. If you find the tiara doesn't suit you, it then gives you time to change your tiara in time for your wedding or hair trials.

What age are the child's tiaras and wands suitable for?
The tiaras and wands in the Little Princess section are suitable for children aged from 4 to 11 years. For older children, the tiaras in the Bridesmaid section are more suitable. As all my tiaras, wands and jewellery are made from small parts, none are suitable for children aged under 3. Any children wearing tiaras, jewellery or wands, should be supervised as items are delicate and are not toys.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship to all locations around the world and all international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure.

What will my tiara come in?
All tiaras and jewellery are supplied in strong custom made boxes as pictured below and not clear acetate boxes many other tiara makers use.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we follow the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and will accept returns for items as long as they are returned within seven days of receipt. For lingerie and petticoats, please try them on over your own underware to check they will fit. As long as the items are returned in their original packaging and with their tags on, we can accept refunds. The only exceptions to refunds are for earrings and stockings which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and any items that have been customised for you.
